Youth Fitness Program geared towards Mobility / Flexibility / Coordination & Strength
Register today for Kid's Fit 6-week summer strength & conditioning program. Boys and girls ages 10 to 13 are welcome to take part in this youth approperiate fitness program. Program designed for serious youth athletes who would benefit by adding strength and conditioning to their game (π βΎοΈ π π β½οΈ) .
Days: Tuesday & Thursday's
Times: 3:30 to 4:30
