Landscaping Laborer

I am looking for a laborer for the rest of the summer and fall. This will be a great work environment for the right person to grow and learn with a new company. Pay will depend on experience, there will always be room for raises for those who prove themselves on the job. Seriously, if you are skilled and ambitious, you will be taken care of when the business is a success. This work will be legit, i.e. paychecks, worker's comp and W-2. This keeps us both safe from unnecessary risk. I will entertain most inquiries, but a brief passage about yourself and your work history will let me know that you are serious. I will want 2 work references from each applicant. I would be pleased to take on people who are willing to work hard, regardless of experience. I only ask that you are honest about what you do and do not know. We work on high end, residential homes and we keep it pro. The rules of our job-site will be discussed further in the interview process. I don't care how my employees spend their free time but if you cannot get through the shift without smoking, arguing or blurting obscenities, please do not apply.
