In need of minor electrical repairs

Hi there! We have a 120 year old old home and are conducting a bathroom remodel. We recently removed a wall to prepare the shower area for retiling and have found electrical wires and a socket placed right next to the plumbing. We need someone to come ASAP and move the wires and electrical box to another wall area so that it's safe and no longer in danger of getting water on it.
