SUPERINTENDENT (RESIDENTIAL) Established Sonoma County builder looking for an experienced job superintendent. This person must be experienced in custom high-end home building and able to manage a project from start to finish. Qualifications: • Organized and detail oriented • Able to accurately read and interpret blueprints and specifications • Possess a clear understanding of all phases of high-end residential construction • Able to schedule and manage all subcontractors and field personnel • Clearly communicate in a professional manner with owners, architects, designers, building officials, and employees • Present themselves in a professional manner • 5 years’ experience Industry Competitive Compensation Please email your qualifications along with a cover letter.
