At Christopher Gate Construction we know that a home well-built and happy clients starts with great teamwork and the long-term professional development of our employees. Currently we are seeking a dedicated individual to provide jobsite support through construction labor and driving a company vehicle to join our team. This position will provide opportunity to participate in and see how our many projects function from conception to completion. Our office and all our projects are located within San Francisco city limits. Requirements: • Team player attitude • Desire to learn and grow within our company • Knowledge of different building materials • Some construction experience/knowledge • Physically fit (must be able to lift 50lbs weight) • Have a CA drivers license with a clean record • Be at least 22 years of age (this has to do with our insurance policy) • Fluency in both English and Spanish a plus but not required Duties Include: • Picking up building materials from various lumber yards and delivering them to the job sites • Pick up debris from job sites and take to the recycling facility • Basic construction labor – demolition, digging, site clean-up, site protection Benefits: • Paid holidays • $400/month health insurance stipend (after 3 months of employment) • Seven paid sick days a year (after 3 months of employment) • Retirement plan (after 3 months of employment) Pay: $25-$30 per hour (depends on experience)
