Royally Fit presents Farm to Table Growing and Nutritional Wellness workshop! In partnership with The Soil Sisters Plant Nursery and Taqueria Acosta, Royally Fit presents a Farm to Table Growing workshop series! During this series, we will feature different edible plants, showing you how to grow them, teaching you about their nutritional profiles and a mini cooking demonstration featuring that edible. At the end of each workshop, participants will receive their own plants to take home and begin growing, supporting sustainable access to healthy foods!
