3:00 Staging 5:30 Parade Dunedin Goes Carting 2021 Independence Day Cart Parade will kick off the “Hometown USA” weekend on July 3rd! You know what to do, get out the RED, WHITE, and BLUE! Saturday, July 3rd Staging in the VFW parking lot begins at 3:00. Register for this FREE event and please have your registration printed, affixed, and clearly visible for the judges upon entering. Winners will receive a prize pack from Dunedin Goes Carting as well as an invitation to join the group for the next Mardi Gras Event. 3:00-5:30 - Live music, food, drinks, and a patriotic performance by Progressive Arts! 5:30 - Parade begins (see map) Uncle Sam will lead the parade leaving the VFW at 5:30 and ending at Mease Manor. All carters are encouraged to support our sponsors and local businesses or head back to the VFW for the “Hometown USA” fireworks and entertainment at TD Ballpark which begins at 7:00.
