Press release from Town of Andover: June 10, 2021  A Special Town Election will occur on Tuesday, June 15th. Polls will be open from 7:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Voters will be asked two questions on the ballot. What is Being Voted The first question relates to the issuance of a pension obligation bond, and the second question relates to the new West Elementary School. Both measures were approved at the Annual Town Meeting on June 5, 2021 and now must be approved by ballot.
