Handyman Wanted to help with a rat issue

Hello! Looking for a handyman who has experience with dealing and getting rid of rats for GOOD! I have hired a professional rat exterminators about 3 months ago and the rates are still present. I think the solution they are using is just a temporary fix. I am looking for a person who can help me get rid of rates permanently which includes blocking all passages, holes, cracks, etc. To Do: -Seal holes larger than a quarter-inch in diameter. -Cover cracks and holes larger than a half-inch with mesh. If you have any other ideas, please present it to me. I am offering to pay $15 an hour to help me with this issue. Working hours can only be during the evening/nighttime. Starting at 8pm.
