Rigging Assistant Description Entry-level position with in-house training. We are looking for a team player that can read imperial (tape measuring) measurements and operate a forklift (training provided). Has the ability to operate small equipment and swaging machines. As the Rigging Assistant, you will perform duties such as fabrication of single and multi-part slings, hand splicing of both wire and synthetics, chain sling assemblies, swaging of wire rope fittings, pulling hardware, and other duties as assigned. You will be working closely with the rest of the cable department to keep the sales floor and shop clean and also well-stocked. You may have to interact with customers on a limited basis.
