To Apply: R&R Rentals, a locally owned, general equipment and tool rental company is looking for an experienced Yard Worker/Driver to provide customer service at the counter, load and unload equipment, and perform deliveries as needed. R&R Rentals services homeowners and contractors with equipment for all types of projects ranging from lawn care to major construction jobs. Regardless of the size of the project, from a small remodel to a major building site, R&R Rental provides dependable and reliable equipment. Located in Bellevue, North Bend and Renton. We take pride in providing the best rental experience. In this position, you will be an important team member supporting operations. The ideal candidate is interested in long term career growth. As a Yard Worker, the key duties include: • Prepare equipment for rental. • Maintain inventory and equipment. • Explain the proper use of the equipment to customers. • Safely load and unload the equipment. • Deliver equipment with one ton truck and trailer or rollback (NON-CDL) as needed. What the successful candidate will have: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Excellent communication skills to provide status updates to clients, superiors, and peers. • Hands-on training with equipment maintenance. • Proficient with inventory control. • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
