Guest Home Care (Home Care Agency) needs a full-time Salaried Assistant Care Coordinator/Lead Caregiver.

REQUIRED:
-Caregiving Experience: 5+ years
-CNA (or NAC) or HCA Certification
-ND (Nurse Delegation is not required, but must be obtained soon after hire)
-Care Coordination Experience Preferred
-Schedule Flexibility
-Strong computer skills
-Problem Solving skills, Good Judgement
-Mature, Team Player
-Multi-tasking skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Pass a Finger Print Check & Background Check
-Dependable Vehicle, Good driving record, Valid driver's license, and Current insurance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Will perform scheduling of our client's care with our existing caregivers
-Help staff new caregivers
-Train caregivers, Assist Caregivers, and Perform client-caregiver introductions
-Track caregiver's Attendance at our client's homes
-Maintain files
-Personally Provide Caregiving Services to our clients (20+ hours per week)
PAY/BENEFITS:
-Great Pay ($43k to $47k per year)!
-After 6 months, $200 per month is paid toward your medical insurance.
