RE: How many times does a Pipeline need to be built

Description

Either I am confused or you are. The actual construction project is almost always a one time deal. It gets built and it is done. Working in construction is almost never a one time deal. There is almost always something else to build. Construction projects create jobs and then those construction people have to go on to other projects. They do not actually lose their jobs, they have to transition to a different project. Meanwhile these people get paid extremely well and go out to eat and buy clothes and pay rent and help the economy significantly. Do you view real estate agents as not employed? They only make their money by selling houses. Once they sell a house then they are not employed until they sell another right? According to you all sales would probably not count as jobs. An entire industry is not a job.
