Maintenance / Handyman position available.
Applicant must be able to perform routine and preventive maintenance to common areas, and buildings. Also, must assist in various cleaning functions and landscaping.
Also, must be able to work independently, professionally, and dependable at all times.
Background as handyman preferred.
Must speak fluent English
