We are seeking a Warehouse Assemblers to become an integral part of our team!! Fresno company is in need of someone who excels at Assembly! If you're good at putting things together, taking them apart and putting them back together using hand tools, power tools or just by following directions verbally, written and by visual learning - then we want to talk to you! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following and other duties may be assigned: Follow basic assembly instructions, processes and procedures Maintain process cycle time to keep pace with established standards Consistently assemble components throughout work shift Visually inspects for any defects Must be willing to work on their feet for the entire shift Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts to Group Leader Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations This client is looking for individuals who want an opportunity to be hired on permanently and join their family after a 9 month training and probationary period. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available, with possible over time and some Saturdays may be required. The pay rate starts off at $14.00 but depending on your experience when you get hired on your pay can go up another $1.00 or more! A background check, drug screen and assessment is required. Don't let the assessment scare you! It's not a pass or fail type of assessment - it's just to see where you're at with numbers, letters and making sure you don't get them all mixed up.
