Home Care Aide/Caregiver (Please email us and send your resume!) Compensation: $14-$16.50 per hr. paid while training during 90 day probation period. Raises depend on work ethic. Employment type: Full-time, part time available. Benefits: Health insurance and paid time off are available after 90 day probationary period. Paid time off is up to 24 hours of accrued sick time per year. 401k is available after one year of employment. Our Home Care Company is currently looking to hire caregivers in Merced, Atwater, Ballico, Delhi, El Nido, Le Grand, Livingston, Planada, Winton, Turlock, Los Banos, Dos Palos, and Stevinson areas. In-home care services to the elderly. This includes but is not limited to these responsibilities: •Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities •Monitor and report changes in patient health status •Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients •Medication & Medical Management •Teach family members ways to care for patient Qualifications: •Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields •Positive and patient demeanor •Ability to build rapport with patients •Ability to handle physical workload •Excellent written and verbal communication skills You must: • be 18 years or older • have a valid driver's license • have an insured and reliable vehicle • everyone goes through a background check/live-scan ***Must be available 3 weekends a month minimum and holidays
