East Haven police logs, June 2-8: June 2 Xavier A. Rivera, 24, of New Haven, was charged with possession with intent to distribute narcotics, possession of controlled substance, operation of a drug factory, criminal possession of a firearm, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Daniel Espinoza, 34, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and resisting arrest. June 3 Vincent J. Rosarbo, 64, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. June 6 Carlos Lopez, 20, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Efrain Ramos, 46, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. June 7 Lewis R. Richardson, 47, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. Peter Matthew Barone, 48, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court. Melinda A. Rustici, 56, of East Have, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment. Jovani O. Rodriguez, 28, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and illegal possession of a weapon in a vehicle. June 8 Nicholas Arcand, 25, of East Haven, was charged with simple trespass. Brad Willett, 42, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. Michael A.
