Description
I was heading home around 10:30am Tuesday 6/8/2021 I had just entered the freeway at the Mace Davis on ramp heading east towards Sacramento when I happen to pass you while I was riding my motorcycle. Then you passed me and we did this thing were I pass you and then you pass me until we got pass the causeway entering west sac. I then caught up to you and way saying hello and then gave you a phone call signal. You had seemed to be interested so I tried to get you to follow me off the freeway so we could exchange phone numbers. I then exited the freeway at 5th street but you couldn't so I thought I would caught you so I hop back on and as I was entering the freeway you were exiting at 16th street
