TRAVIS COUNTY, TX — Travis County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a body was found in the water near Farm-to-Market Road 969 on Wednesday. Deputies responded after a 911 caller reported there was a body in the water near a piece of property off FM 969 and State Highway 130, officials said Wednesday. Authorities said the body was not easily accessible on the piece of property and took time to recover it. The body has yet to be identified. It is not clear if the death is suspicious, but once an autopsy is performed, officials should know more, sheriff deputies said.
