Water/mold emergency mitigation technician wanted for busy local business. Job duties: -Respond to water/fire damage emergencies. -Complete initial assessment of loss. -Protect personal property and/or remove from affected area. -Install drying system using air movers, dehumidifiers and heating applications. -Document all activities for each job with notes and photographs. Requirements: -Experience in water damage and mold mitigation preferred, but willing to train right candidate -IICRC Certifications a plus -Construction background is helpful, but not necessary -Must be professional, trustworthy, and dependable. This includes both being able to follow your supervisor's directions and being able to maintain productivity/make decisions while not under direct supervision. -Clean, well-groomed, professional appearance required -Good customer service skills -Drug free work place -Background check will be conducted -No alcohol-related or careless/reckless driving violations for seven years -Bilingual preferred Technicians will be on a rotating emergency on-call schedule.
