WHEATON, IL — Two Wheaton streets will be closed this weekend as the city hosts its annual Art Walk event on Saturday and Sunday. The two streets, Hale Street — between Wesley Avenue and Seminary Avenue – and Karlskoga Avenue – between Wheaton Avenue and Hale Street — will temporarily close beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, city officials announced. Motorists may experience temporary traffic delays and should choose to alter their travel plans to avoid these areas.
