PAY: Up to $150K SIGNING BONUS: $2000 Schedule: FULL-TIME • Monday to Friday 8:00-5:00 • On call Big Dot HVAC is looking to fill a permanent position with our growing company. WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years experience, including project management experience SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: - Strong and in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems. - Advanced understanding of layout, design, fabrication, and installation of HVAC/R systems. - Ability to manage a project from development and stakeholder engagement through implementation and evaluation. - Ability to read, interpret, utilize and train on manuals, schematics and control circuits related to HVAC and refrigeration systems. - Ability to motivate, manage, and train a team of employees at various skill levels. - Knowledge of state and local codes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient with scheduling software. - Proficient with computers, phones, and other office equipment. - Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities. - Demonstrate attention to detail. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to maintain a positive attitude while under pressure. - Ability to create strategy and goals for team productivity and quality of work. - Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to work safely with hand and power tools. - Ability to safely use scissor/power lifts. - Ability to work at heights and on ladders.
