Swimming Pool Liner Repair

Looking for a repair person to patch-up my in-ground swimming pool liner. The liner is saggy and needs to be reattached to the top. I have a picture enclosed to this e-post. I will get a new liner next year so right now I just need someone to patch it up. Pay will be reasonable. The water level is low right now as we recently had it uncovered/open for the season.
