Looking for a great home for an older cat.

I have a male cat that I have been personally fostering that needs a good home. He is fixed and will be utd on shots on June 15, 2021. That is also the day he will be available. He has had a rough life, he was thrown outside and abused so he is a shy cat, but once he gets used to you, he is such a loving boy. He’s never bitten anyone but he will hiss when he’s scared. We believe that he is between 13-14. I would like him to go to a good home where he can retire and live out the rest of his days. He’s such a cuddle bug, litter trained, and I’ve never had him ever get into the trash in his foster room. His diet consists of mostly wet food since he is an older cat but he is not a picky eater. He deserves a good family and an inside-only home is a must. He is de-fleed and will come with whatever is left of his topical medication along with his litter box and all of his food/ supplies that are leftover. **He will not be rehomed to anyone that is wanting to declaw him** He does not mind his nails being clipped either. FIV test to be determined (July 15th, 2021) A vet reference is preferred and there will be no rehoming fee for the right family. He may be delivered for a small fee.
