Help!❗ Adopter needed by 6/14/21, or I will be put down in shelter.❗️ Hi, I'm Spot🐾(Only 1.5 yrs old! Dog selective). Sadly, I am set to be euthanized on Monday, June 14th at 8 am. One of the saddest reasons a dog can be E-listed is because they are mentally suffering in their kennel. That is happening to me…It is inhumane to keep me here any longer in this condition…Can someone save my life? I'm Timid, shy, and a bit insecure at first but calm and loving if I know you. I have made a lot of progress in the shelter but I am getting depressed and I'm a bit thin too. I am a 1.5- year-old, neutered, black and white German Short Haired Pointer/ Lab/Pitbull mix. My story is sad... I was surrendered by people who found me and kept me outside for 6 months because their dog and I didn’t get along. After staff realized that I was wary and fearful in the shelter environment, I received special attention to help me gain confidence with people. With familiar staff, I am friendly, seek attention, lean in for pets, and take treats gently, After I get to know you, I can be very play full and run around the yard. Shelter life has gotten to me after almost 4 months of confinement, and I am now repeatedly jumping/bounding and barking in my kennel. I need an outlet ASAP! The shelter recommends that I have an experienced adopter that will allow me to acclimate to unfamiliar people and situations I also need a dog to dog intro with your dog and that I meet all family members. Children 12+ in the home. Please come meet me! I am to young to be put down. I just can't imagine this is how it could end for me…Will you save my life?
