Press release from the City of White Plains: June 8, 2021 Traffic Alert: The traffic signal light at Mamaroneck and Shapham Aves has failed and is not in service. We anticipate there will be no working traffic signal at that intersection for several days. A police officer is posted on scene. Barricades have been placed to prevent left turns at the intersection. Stop signs have been placed on Shapham and Dekalb Aves. Please be alert and cautious when traveling in this area.
