Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 06/05/2021 211551878 Preliminary information:  On June 4, 2021 at around 8:05 p.m., officers were dispatched to 711 Center Hill Ave NW on a person shot call.  Upon arrival, the officer located an adult male alert, conscious and breathing with a gunshot wound. He advised the shooting occurred earlier in the area of Martin Luther King Jr Dr SW.  The male became uncooperative with officers and would not answer anymore investigative questions.   Please keep in mind the above information is preliminary in nature and can change as the investigation progresses and new information comes to light.
