This position requires roughly 12 hours per month, and every month (or cycle as the CCC calls it) you will make about $200- $300 plus mileage reimbursement, with the possibility of growing the route, which is received through direct deposit. For the position in the Fayetteville, NC area you are assigned 7 car lots, and your job is to inventory the pre-owned vehicles. This entails documenting certain features of each vehicle, i.e. auto or manual, sunroof, deep tinted glass, trailer/tow package, fog lights, heated seats, power seats/windows/door locks, etc. Do you get the basic idea of it? It takes about 3 months to become accustomed to the position. This is a permanent Part-Time position. The main difficulty of this position is working during inclement weather. Fortunately, the hours are very flexible, so you are able to work around bad weather. Each car lot carries a different number of vehicles to inventory, but most average around 60 units. You should average about 50 new write-ups at each car lot every time you visit a dealership, which is once a month. You are paid for each dealer you visit: every new vehicle written up, and maintained inventory in addition to the mileage reimbursement. Most people doing this job average between $13 and $19 per hour depending on how good you become writing up the vehicles. There is no experience necessary, just a real desire to learn.
