Baby crow needs well educated good home to go to

I just found him today on a very narrow Street Island and in the middle of State Street Santa Barbara this little guy cannot even put yet and he does not have a full-grown tail or wings then he's just learning how to do a little more than wobble and wanting to start learning how to hop I live in my car and cannot care for him in a not so stressful environment I don't know anything about caring for a crow although I've had a umbrella cockatoo as a baby and the past who now lives with my mom but they're Far Cry from a crow so if anybody that is well-educated with these types of birds or has cared for them before is able to take him and care for him I am at Motel 6 in Upper State across from 7-Eleven I'm down the street from denny's my name is Veronica and I ain't will give you the room number to find me after you call me at
