Hey, all. Mid-thirties songwriter hoping to flesh out some tunes and would love to have a guitar-bass-keyboard-drum setup but am still open to whatever configuration presents itself. Would never claim to be an Elvis Costello-type in either style or sound though I am a major fan of his work especially My Aim Is True, This Year's Model ("Living in Paradise" is my jam), and Armed Forces. I operate more in the 70's and 90's pop rock arenas with a preference for a bit more rhythm and groove in the arrangements. Some additional favorites both classic and current are Father John Misty, Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder, Bahamas, Gregory Porter, Smokey Brights, Billy Joel, Fleetwood Mac, and Old 97's. Good songwriting with good melodies. Anyway, hope to hear from some folks, and happy hunting. A.
