RWS Enterprise Level 2 & 3 Remodeler The Level 2 & 3 Remodeler is responsible for performing tasks and following instructions given from higher level remodelers. We're looking for applicants who want to work for a company that values them as team members and provides a round table environment. RWS is a company that provides best in class results while providing a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. RWS Remodel's design & build service extends to remodeling throughout the Kansas City area. Many of our design & build remodeling projects are in the Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Prairie Village, Fairway, Mission, and Leawood areas. RWS is licensed in both Johnson County and Kansas City, Missouri. First class kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, room addition, basement finish & remodeling, whole-house remodeling, and light commercial remodeling projects are the focus of our company. Responsibilities: A humble/willing personality-TEACHABLE Strong work ethic-UP TO THE CHALLENGE Strong knowledge of remodeling process-ie. Order of operations ie.:Demolition, framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc. Ability to perform specific tasks alone/ without direct guidance Duties: Job site protections- paper/plastic/dust Keeping job sites clean Tool setup Material staging Asking "HOW" questions Quickly moving from task to task Hearing and responding quickly to demands/ requests/chores Should be able to perform the following: Mix mortar Install CBU Install caulking Measure and make cuts What's Next: Perform basic tile installations Perform basic trim installations Perform basic mud work Basic problem solving Making material lists Making supplies lists, tools, glues...
