Obviously new in town to be droppin' the followin' questions. Anyone feel like givin' me some information about the Milwaukee area? Lookin' for places that put up some good metal or death metal shows from time to time. The smaller venues that bring in the more unknown artists that slam the shit out of a breakdown or delicious technical skill. I am aware of a place called the Rave, good mix of rock shows (not really but that's only my opinion), not my digs. 'ell, any information would be worth givin' a go. Any good artists or bands still active around town? Lastly, what are the chances of findin' a few musicians not tied down to music theory or perfect pitch analcalities? Self taught bass player for years, very unkempt, skilled, but short attention span that could use some fuckin' work. Style depends on the mood, very good with a set beat, or drum track. Not willin' to do covers. Dig my bands like anyone else, but not that unpassionate.
