Reliable candidates for a Maintenance Technician. Candidates must be team members with a positive attitude, eager to work efficiently in a multifamily apartment community and MUST be willing and prepared to drive to properties located in UTC, Mira Mesa & National City. Maintenance Tech would be responsible for the following – •Completion of general maintenance tasks including service request work orders for occupied apartments and prepare vacant units for new move-ins. Skills to included drywall repair, hang new interior doors, replace mirrors, grout ceramic tile, cut and install new baseboard, install vertical blinds, install sinks, replace faucets, change angle stops and supply lines, etc... •Basic knowledge of appliance repair and installation for dishwasher, electric stove, fridge, equipment functions •Exceptional "work safe" skills and OSHA compliant. •Applied knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing leaks or clogged pipe issues. Change breakers, install new ceiling fans, snake a toilet with a hand auger or an electric snake. •Ensure job assignments and work orders are carried out promptly, efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.
