Framing a garage

Description

I have a flat roof garage, we may want to add a second layer because the existing foundation already OK'd. Need to remove the existing framing flat trusses (because they are weird) and frame them in properly. I am open to suggestions about more framing for a room above. Either way, the flat garage roof needs to be repaired regardless. If you have any ideas about adding for a second room, maybe we can convert this repair to a larger project.
