Workers start before 7am most days and expected to work to 5pm and could work some Saturdays during our busy season. Workers average about 10 hours of overtime a week. We work year-round with some slowdown in the winter so some weekly tasks could change when that time comes. Crews work in pairs workers but tend to get bigger with some of the bigger clients. Type of work consists of hedge trimming, tree trimming, yard mowing, spreading soil, and cleanup. There is a ton of work to do in the Eugene area but keeping our workers safe and healthy is a high priority of ours. We are looking for workers who take care their teammates day in and day out and who take pride in their work, experience is preferred but is not necessary to do what we are asking of you.
