Dog napper in cottage grove

Description

A woman 50-60s with brown shoulder length hair tried to take my two dogs out of my front yard. She claimed she was going to take them to Green hill but didn’t check their tags to see that they lived at the house, and didn’t honk her horn or knock on my door to check if they were mine. She simply went after them with a leash and I didn’t notice till my dog started barking at her. I have a French bulldog and a pug and no doubt in my mind she was stealing them. Any decent person would’ve checked to see if they lived at the house. She drives a dark blue mini cargo van. They got out in a split second because the gate was left open and I didn’t notice. Please watch your dogs.
