Experienced install manager needed for established HVAC company. Must have experience leading a team of install crews and holding them accountable. Able to read job pre-measure sheet and order equipment as well as make sure jobs are staged and all items are here and jobs are ready to go on install day. Must be willing to do site visits for quality checks and not be afraid to talk to customers when issues arise. Must be able to track inventory and manage stock levels and prevent over-ordering You must have previous experience in the field, have an eye for details and take pride in the work done by your install teams. This is a full-time year-round position.
