Description
I am looking for a full-time personal assistant to work 40 hours per week. I own a construction company, as well as multiple properties including one luxury house that I rent out on AirBNB.
Given the "24 hour" nature of property management, this job requires you to be on call and available at all times, even though the typical hours will be 9 to 5.
*Responsibilities*
- Primary point of contact for all tenant related issues for airbnb unit.
- Handle maintenance requests
- Update QuickBooks and process payments
- Pull permits at city
- Assist in my busy personal life. Married with three kids so always something going on.
*Required Qualifications*
-clean driving record and reliable car
-good attitude
-clean appearance and hygiene
*Optional Qualifications*
- BA/BS degree from 4-year college
- Spanish proficiency
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience with construction/design
- Experience with AirBNB
