**FACILITY ASSISTANTS NEEDED, SHORT-TERM, $20/HR, CULVER CITY ** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Complete work requests from departments as needed with in the La basin • Light construction and maintenance; dry walling, painting. • Build furniture • Moving furniture • Change light bulb’s • Make deliveries between sites • Hang poster/art work • Plumbing • You name it they do it. PHYSICAL DEMANDS (May be required to): • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders. • Regularly required to reach with hands and arms. • Must be able to lift and/or move 50 to 70 pounds.
