We are seeking a Janitorial Cleaner to join our team! You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining apartment complexes and office buildings. This job requires you to drive a route. Salary: $20-$35 an hour Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, dusting, and sanitizing. Perform routine maintenance tasks Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Notifying if there are any security issues ​Driving routes within west side Los Angeles Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift at least 35 lbs Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Must have reliable vehicle to travel to other buildings.
