We are currently seeking to hire a Night Manager for our Warehouse. Night Shift: 3pm – 12am (midnight) Full-time with benefits. Primary Responsibilities: Follow current procedures for pulling and staging all orders going out for install following morning. Pick, palletize, wrap, and stage orders for pick-up. Ensure proper labeling procedures are executed. Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve results in all areas. Work to continuously improve in all areas. Ensure all shipments that are prepared or shipped during the day meet all necessary requirements including departure time/date, proper packaging, truck loading and any special requirements. Maintain the computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems within the software. Communicate daily with Director of Warehouse regarding operations Safely operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to select the correct products from warehouse racking & have OSHA Forklift certification Assist in counting of physical inventory Notifying the Procurement Director of any inventory discrepancies as soon as they are found Manage Daily Vehicle sign-out log Train and Mentor staff on appropriate procedures Frequently lift products that weigh 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds, frequently reach up to 72 inches constantly bend and twist while operating a pallet jack and/or forklift, retrieving items from lower shelf areas Shrink-wrap product as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems 2+ years of supervisory and/or management experience Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment with ever-changing deadlines Ability to read, write and speak English Valid Drivers license and forklift certification Dependable and Reliable Data entry and computer skills may be required Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position Able to work in multi-temperature environments
