Electronic Restoration Services, a pioneer in content restoration, is looking for a reliable and meticulous Electronics Repair Technician to join our team of industry professionals. Electronic Restoration Services (ERS) is a disaster electronics restoration company specializing in restoring consumer and commercial electronics and appliances. Our use of state-of-the-art technology plus a team of experts help people’s lives go back to normal in an efficient, cost-effective way after a loss. Our Repair Technician will be working with the team responsible for the overall electronic restoration function and will be a vital part of our organization. What Do We Offer? • PTO, sick time & vacation available • Healthcare coverage options available • Opportunity to work overtime (optional, not required) • Growth within the organization, ERS promotes from within • Full-time/permanent position • Hours: Mon – Fri 7:30 am – 4:30 pm Primary Responsibilities Include: • Disassemble and evaluate electronics and appliances to be cleaned/serviced/repaired/tested/restored and re- assemble to pre-loss condition • Drive company vehicle (16 ft. box truck); No CDL required • Remove and transport electronics and consumer appliances from homes/businesses • Deliver and reinstall electronics and consumer appliances within insured home or business • Cooperate with direct supervision and other service technicians to perform duties assigned • Inspect own work and ensure that it is complete, thorough, and meets ERS quality standards, and meets or exceeds customer expectations Successful Candidates Must Have: • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record • Pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DOT health screening • Ability to lift 75 lbs. unassisted & able to stand for extended periods • Ability to analyze system, product, or process failures • Exhibit a professional, neat, and clean appearance and be customer service oriented • Basic component level troubleshooting skills • Experience in consumer electronics and appliance repair • Experience in the use of hand tools and various electrical test instruments If you have a strong work ethic, are detailed oriented by nature, and looking for a long-term opportunity within a dynamic company, please apply today for immediate consideration!
