About Elevation Landscaping & Design Do you like 3 days weekends? We do! We have long weekends 2-3 times a month. We work 4 days at 10-12 hours most weeks. Elevation has been serving Big Sky for the last 13 years. Work outside in the mountains of SW Montana. We are an hour south of Bozeman. Want to live in Big Sky? We have employee housing (sorry no pets).   Position: Landscaper Tech As a landscape tech you’ll take on all sorts of landscape work. One week may be stone patios, the next week planting Spruce trees, and the next installing a boulder retaining wall. You will work with irrigation sprinklers and drip systems, installing, servicing and adjusting. We maintain existing landscapes with mowing and weeding and we plant trees and shrubs.  . Duties   • Building patios with natural stone or precast pavers • General landscaping including planting trees, planting shrubs, bed clean-up, pruning • Mowing, weeding, fertilizing lawns • Maintaining irrigation systems • Read and understand written and verbal work orders • Driving trucks with trailers • Loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment • Operating skid steers, excavators, and trenchers • Operating riding and push mowers • Maintaining trucks and equipment Experience The right candidate will have the following skill set and experience   • A positive, can-do attitude • Ability to follow directions, execute work with an eye for good workmanship and details • Driver’s license with 3 years clean history • Driven to work hard and be efficient • Working outside in all weather conditions • Ability to lift 50 lbs • Using smartphone apps to clock-in/out, enter expenses, review and enter work details   Benefits   • Sales commissions • Season end bonus • Accident insurance • Low cost health insurance • Company happy hours • Retirement accounts
