WINDOW CLEANER Universal Window Cleaning is a family-oriented company and have been in business for over 30 years. We provide window cleaning as well as many other services which include: Roof Cleaning, Light Fixtures, Cleaning of Gutters, Power Wash Home/Building Exteriors, Solar Panel Cleaning, Water Stain Removal and more…… We take the extra steps most do not and for this reason we are looking for an exceptional person who is extremely reliable and can work quickly without constant supervision. We have immediate openings and are hoping to find the ideal candidate with extraordinary skills and willingness to grow with our company! Duties: Driving Company Vehicle Window Cleaning Roof Cleaning Light Fixtures Cleaning of Gutters Power Washing Water Stain removal Requirements: NO FEAR OF HEIGHTS Must have a VALID California driver’s license Clean DMV Record (Must provide DMV Printout) (Due to the state being close at this time we will not require this document right away) Ability to drive a company vehicle Ability to work flexible hours Ability to pass background check Must have legal right to work in the United States Must be able to lift 50 pounds and scale ladders Detail oriented Neat and clean appearance Strong verbal communication Willingness to learn and work hard Professional window cleaning and customer service experience is a big plus but not required Physically able to climb ladders Able to stand, lift, crawl, climb and bend Able to follow written and verbal instructions Experience with operating boom is a plus Able to climb extension ladders Punctual Respectful to supervisor and co-workers Extremely organized with great multi-tasking skills Ability to work independently In order to apply for this position, follow all directions below: Subject of email: YOUR NAME /WINDOW CLEANER Please email a COVER LETTER introducing yourself and RESUME to [email protected] If you would like to familiarize yourself with our wonderful company, please visit our website at www.universalwindowcleaning.com Universal Window Cleaning strives to provide the highest levels of customer service and for this reason we value and care for our employees.
