I have recently downsized from a house to a small apartment with no fenced in back yard for my French bulldog beagle mix. She is 1 year old, house trained, and very sweet and well mannered. She will cuddle with anyone and adores small children. Because this is such a hard decision to make for our family, I am requiring a rehoming fee of $200 to ensure serious buyers only.
