Covid impacts our families in many ways, including marriage. If you are considering divorce, this course is for you. A team of divorce professionals explain the legal, financial, and emotional issues of divorce and the process choices you have: self-representation, mediation, collaborative divorce, and traditional representation.
A lawyer talks about legal aspects: child custody and parenting, child and spousal support, property division and legal costs. A financial specialist covers common financial issues related to divorce including gathering information, dividing property, real estate, and tax issues. Mental health professionals discuss the emotional aspects, the impact on children, and how to tell children.
Participants comment that they feel less anxious and more empowered to make an informed divorce process choice and move forward.

However, you must register in advance to be able to receive the recording or to ask our divorce professionals your questions. Couples may attend together or separately. Divorce Options presentations throughout California present the same information. However, not all live webinars are recorded for later viewing.
