JOB DESCRIPTION: We are searching for a full time cleaning technician. Experience is not necessary, but is helpful. The job involves driving a Ford F-350 crew cab truck to job sites around Spokane Wa. The majority of our work is completed in the evening (swing shift). After restaurants are closed. $16.00per hour during your training period ( for 3-months, ) $20.00 per hour or commission which ever is higher, once your trained. (Commission is typically higher) compensation: 95% of pay is Percentage by job, once your trained. employment type: full time/part time. We pay by percentage of the jobs with $20.00 per hour or more once your trained. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Cleaning the entire hood system by pressure washing and hand scrubbing. This includes the exhaust fans on the roof, ductwork throughout the buildings, kitchen hoods and filters. Cleaning up after pressure washing and leaving the kitchens clean and the sanitary. Most of our work is done with a 2 man crew. You will need to be punctual, responsible, honest and work well with others. REQUIREMENTS: for your $1,000.00 bonus Have a valid Driver's License. Be dependable, able to show up on time and read and understand company procedures policies. Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial exhaust fans and duct work, able to squat, lift and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet. Have good communication skills, able to communicate well with your crew leader and our customers. Have the desire to learn quickly and be able to work in a fast paced work environment with a growing company. Preferably live in the Spokane area You must read and understand and sign the Employee Manual. You must be to our shop at the appointed time for your work assignment, each night your scheduled. NEVER LATE! If for some unknown reason you can’t show up for your work assignment, you must give the Crew Lead 8 hours notice. Once you finish training (12 weeks) and you meet the following requirements you will receive Your $1000.00 bonus.
