We are a growing company, under new management, looking for experienced foremen to manage, train and build up your team. We offer competitive pay with a sign on bonus of $500, which is paid out as $250 after 30 days and another $250 after 90 days of employment. Foreman responsibilities are the following: - Daily Maintenance check on all equipment and tools - Building and training your team - Manage and Monitor job times - Clear Communication on job expectations We are continuing to create a positive culture and looking for the right foremen to possess: - Positive Attitude - Strong work ethic - Reliability - Accountability - Attention to detail and quality - Valid drivers license - Knowledge of Landscaping - Leadership qualities Immediate Positions Available - Compensation is $18-$20 per hour to starting based on experience.
