A new and different twist, Hello! I am a retired school teacher. I have been writing my own fictional stories for quite some time and I am excellent at telling them. If you think of the children's tv show...GooseBumps, then you are on the right page. What I have to offer: come to your party, introduce myself and tell 2 stories....that will enchant and scare ( a little ) you and the children. lol. My stories are best suited for children ages 9 and up, but I could always tone them down a bit. This is a fun and an old way of entertainment. In this modern world of cell phones, computers, and digital this and that......its something different and something fun. Each story lasts approx 20 minutes and is an enjoyable way to keep a party interesting. I do not use props, but I can. I usually require the parties to be no more than 20 people, but I can be flexible. I can tell the stories indoors or out. I can make it educational by allowing the children to come up with the ending and then give out prizes for the most scary, creative, etc.etc. Or, simply explain my own reasons for writing it and how I came up with the title, subject matter, characters, etc.etc. I am not looking to break the bank, just get back in the game so to speak and earn a little money. Let me know if this may interest you. I do require a few small exceptions....no interruptions and no cell phones, recordings, etc.etc. as I am in the process of publishing some of my works.
