-Looking to hire a person for all kinds of home repairs/remodeling. Flip houses & make ready on rentals. Let’s talk and Inform me of what areas you have experience with and what you might could use some guidance and I can tell you more about the work *You absolutely must have a full size truck in order to pick up supplies at Lowe’s *This is not first come first serve I need to talk with you so please leave a message if you get my voicemail, or emails I WILL call you back *If you have some tools, I have any other tools that may be needed. *$15 Hr, $1 raise in 30 days. I do not withhold taxes so you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year with a total money you received. *Miscellaneous jobs- like cutting the grass and weed eating currently 3 houses, I may ask you to dig a hole for a sump pump, heck I might ask you to help me clean my shop etc *I occasionally get a call about a problem at one of my rental homes that I would send you to diagnose and repair. • patching holes in walls/Sheetrocking • matching texture • replacing rotten wood on the exterior • installing countertops • installing sinks, faucets and drain plumbing • Installing doors, pre-hung, R&R a patio door * use of airless painter • Instaling trim baseboards, Window sills, door frames • Occasionally there may be a problem that require getting in the attic or under a house *Working with a Chainsaw, trim trees *I would give you the plan of what repairs to focus on, you get material in the morning, you will have a key and on your own to work. *I expect a call in the morning so we both understand the plans for the day and a call at the end of the day to tell me what was accomplished *If you have a personal problem and need to takeoff early, Come in late or take a day off, that is no problem but of course inform me. *I’m looking someone with a common knowledge of household repairs, this will be an ongoing job if it works out for both of us. *OKC, Yukon area Call David at ‪405-323-9960‬ Please leave a message and I WILL call you back
